The Committee on Social Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (re the Improvement of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Judgments)

The Bill (Reg.№5155) envisages the renewing the article 13 of the Law "On Remuneration of Labor" that was effective till the year 2008.

The Bill also envisages revisions of the parts of the article 2, 6, 10 of the Law "On Indexation of Citizens Income."

Authors declare that such amendments "support purchasing power of the implemented social expenses."

The Committee upheld the Bill adoption of which according to the People´s Deputies facilitates the renewing of the social equity regarding the issue of the labour remuneration."
